No! Only a few countries require entrance exams for enrolling international medical aspirants into their top-ranked universities.
Students who have qualified for the NEET and have passed their 10+2 examinations in PCB with at least 50% marks and English as a compulsory subject are eligible to study MBBS abroad in most of the educational destinations.
