Established in 2008, Trinity Medical Sciences University (TMSU) is one of the most esteemed offshore private medical schools in the Caribbean. The university confers upon its graduates the Doctor of Medicine degree and is known as one of the best medical schools in the world.


The medical degree awarded by Trinity School of Medicine is globally recognized by the MCI, WHO, USMLE, IMED, FAIMER and many other leading medical councils of the world. TMSU offers the Basic Science part of the MD program, Pre-medical program and Masters program in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean.


On the other hand, the Clinical Science part of the MD program is held in Baltimore in the United States. The administrative headquarters of the university are located in Roswell, Georgia. Based on the US four-year model, Trinity School of Medicine has a highly integrated curriculum that requires 130 weeks of study. Moreover, the program consists of five terms of basic science study later followed by five terms of clinical core and elective clerkships. A Doctor of Medicine degree is awarded to students who successfully complete the ten terms, including several NBME subject exams and clearing the USMLE Steps 1, 2CK, and 2CS.
